วัตถุดิบ

Ingredients

บรอกโคลี 100 กรัม Broccoli 100 g.

ฟักทองญี่ปุ่น 110 กรัม Kabocha squash 110 g.

โครงไก่ 150 กรัม Chicken carcass 150 g.

เต้าหู้ขาว 120 กรัม Bean curd 120 g.

อกไก่ 120 กรัม Chicken breast 120 g.

สันในไก่ 100 กรัม Chicken fillet 100 g.

วิธีทำ

Instructions

1.นำโครงไก่ บรอกโคลี และฟักทองญี่ปุ่น ตุ๋นรวมกันให้เปื่อย

Add chicken carcass, broccoli, and Kabocha squash to the cooking pot, boil until completely tender.

2.เมื่อตุ๋นเสร็จแล้วจึงนำมาปั่นให้ละเอียดและพักไว้

Put the vegetable soup into the blender and blend until smooth, then set aside.

3.จากนั้นต้มเนื้อไก่ และต้มเต้าหู้ให้สุก

Boil chicken breast, chicken fillet, and bean curd until cooked.

4.แล้วเอาเนื้อไก่มาฉีก และสับเต้าหู้ให้ละเอียด

Shred the chicken meat and finely chop the bean curd.

5.นำซุปที่ปั่นไว้มาผสมกับ เนื้อไก่ฉีกและเต้าหู้สับ

Add shredded chicken and finely chopped bean curd to the blended mixture.

6.คลุกให้เข้ากันดีแล้วก็พร้อมเสริฟให้กับเจ้าเหมียวได้เลย

Stir until well-blended and it’s ready to serve to your cat.
