โดรายากิ คุณเหมียว | Tops’ Paw Friends

โดรายากิ ขนมญี่ปุ่น ของโปรดโดราเอม่อน การ์ตูนโปรดในวัยเด็กของใครหลายๆคน ก็อาจจะจำได้นะคะ ว่าโดรายากิที่โดราเอมอนชอบกินคือไส้ถั่วแดง เหมือนขนมที่คนกินนี่เอง แต่นั่นเป็นการ์ตูนค่ะ และโดราเอมอนก็เป็นหุ่นยนต์แมวอีกด้วย

Dorayaki is a confection that Doraemon, a popular cartoon character in your childhood, loves the most. He eats Dorayaki red bean paste just like humans. But Doraemon is a robot cat from the cartoon.

ถ้าเราอยากให้เจ้าแมวเหมียวของเราได้ลิ้มลองรสชาติของโดรายากิก็ต้องมีปรับแปลงสูตรให้เหมาะกับเจ้าแมวกันหน่อยค่ะ เพราะแมวจะกินอาหารคนไม่ได้ค่ะ ระบบไม่ร่างกายไม่เหมือนกัน สูตรจะยากง่ายแค่ไหนไปดูกันค่ะ

To make Dorayaki for your cats, you have to adapt the recipe because cats can’t eat human food and they require different nutrients. Now let’s see what we need for this menu.

วัตถุดิบ

Ingredients

► แป้งเค้ก 120 กรัม

Cake flour 120 g.

► นมถั่วเหลือง 30 กรัม

Soy milk 30 g.

► ไข่ไก่ 2 ฟอง

2 eggs

► น้ำต้มปลาทู 20 กรัม

Mackerel soup 20 g.

► น้ำมันพืชเล็กน้อย

Vegetable oil

► อาหารแมวบด

Ground cat food

วิธีทำ

Instructions

1.ผสมไข่ น้ำต้มปลาทู และนมถั่วเหลือง จากนั้นร่อนแป้งอเนกประสงค์ใส่ ตีส่วนผสมให้เข้ากัน จากนั้นนำไปพักในตู้เย็นประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง

Add eggs, mackerel soup and soymilk to the mix bowl, sift cake flour to the mixture and blend them well. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.

2.ตั้งไฟอ่อนที่กระทะเทปล่อน ทาน้ำมันลงไปบางๆ เมื่อกระทะเริ่มร้อนให้หยอดแป้งที่พักไว้ลงไป เมื่อสุกไปครึ่งทางแล้วให้กลับด้านแป้งจนสุกเท่ากันทั้งสองฝั่ง จากนั้นให้วางพักไว้จนแป้งเย็น

Put the frying pan on low heat, coat it with a thin layer of vegetable oil. When the pan is hot enough, pour the mixture onto the pan and wait until it’s cooked. Flip it for the other side to cook. Set aside to let it cool.

3.ใส่ไส้ด้วยอาหารแมวบด แล้วประกอบแป้ง 2 แผ่นเข้าด้วยกัน

Put grounded cat food on the pancake, then sandwich it with another.
