วันไหว้พระจันทร์นี้ ต้องเตรียมตัวอย่างไรบ้าง

Moon worship is just the same as paying homage to other Chinese Gods and Goddesses. In the morning, people pay respects to the Chinese Gods, Goddesses and their ancestors and they will start the moon worship ritual early at night. The main materials to prepare are the same as the offerings made to the Chinese Gods and Goddesses, namely incense sticks, candles, incense pots, joss papers, flowers, tea, water, fruits with auspicious names such as apples, pomegranates, grapes, oranges, Chinese pears, pomelos and vegan dehydrated foods such as mushrooms, vermicelli, seaweed, daylily, gypsum ,etc.

และที่สำคัญและขาดไม่ได้เลย คือ ขนมไหว้พระจันทร์ นั่นเองค่ะ โดยคนจีนจะเรียกว่า ขนมเอี้ยปิ่ง ซึ่งหมายถึงความพรั่งพร้อม สมบูรณ์ และความสมหวัง ขนมไหว้พระจันทร์ ของจีนแบบดั้งเดิมนั้นมีส่วนประกอบ เช่น ถั่วแดง ลูกนัทจีน 5 ชนิด และเม็ดบัว จะต้องมีไส้ หวาน หรือสอดไส้ด้วยธัญพืชที่มีรสหวานเท่านั้น ต่อมาประเพณีได้แพร่หลายออกไป จึงได้มีการปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงรสชาติและรูปแบบมากขึ้น จนมีหลายอย่างให้เลือกแบบทุกวันนี้ และเมื่อเสร็จสิ้นพิธีแล้ว ก็ให้นำขนมไหว้พระจันทร์มาหั่นแบ่งให้เท่ากับจำนวนคนในครอบครัว และควรแบ่งให้แต่ละชิ้นมีขนาดเท่ากัน เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคล แสดงถึงความกลมเกลียวและความรัก สามัคคีกันในครอบครัวค่ะ
