4. ½ Onion

7. Sugar 1 tbsp.

8. Coarsely ground black pepper 1 tsp.

9. Chili paste 3 tbsp.

10. 1-inch-long spring onion 20 g.

11. Cold water ⅓ cup

12. 1 Red chili spur

13. Baking soda 1 tsp.

14. Coriander to garnish

15. Vegetable oil 500 ml.




Instructions


1. Put pork spareribs into a mixing bowl. Slowly add baking soda mixed with cold water and set aside for 15 minutes to tenderize the meat. Then, wash it off with water and let the meat dry before cooking it in the next step.


2. Heat a pan of oil over medium heat. Add garlic and fry until a lovely fragrance is released. Put the pork spareribs and onions and stir well.
