วัตถุดิบ

Ingredients

อาหารเม็ดสำหรับแมว 450 กรัม Dry cat food 450 g.

เนื้อปลาทู 100 กรัม Mackerel 100 g.

น้ำเปล่า 100 มิลลิลิตร Water 100 ml.

ไข่ไก 4 ฟอง 4 eggs

น้ำต้มปลา 100 มิลลิลิตร Mackerel broth 100 ml.

วิธีทำ

Instructions

1.นำอาหารเม็ดมาบดให้ละเอียดพอดี

Grind cat food into powder.

2.เติมน้ำเล็กน้อยเพื่อให้อาหารเม็ดเกาะก้นพิพม์ขนม

Add some water to let cat food stick to the tart molds.

3.ใช้น้ำมันมาทาบนพิมพ์ขนมเล็กน้อย แล้วเอาอาหารเม็ดที่บดไว้มาใส่ลงพิมพ์ให้เข้ารูป นำตัวทาร์ตในพิมพ์ขนมไปแช่เย็น ให้เซ็ตตัวประมาณ 30 นาที

Lightly coat the tart cases with oil and pour grounded cat food into them. Refrigerate the tart cases for 30 minutes until firm.

5.ตีไข่กับน้ำต้มปลาให้เข้ากัน แล้วหยอดลงไปในตัวทาร์ตบนพิมพ์ขนม จากนั้นวางเนื้อปลาทูลงไป

Beat eggs and mackerel broth until blended, pour the mixture into the tart molds and top with mackerel.

6.นำไปอบประมาณ 20-25 นาที ด้วยอุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส ให้ทุกอย่างสุกพอดี

Bake the tarts for 20-25 minutes at 180-degrees Celsius until cooked.

7.รอให้เย็นแล้วจึงแกะออกจากพิมพ์

Let the tarts cool down, then remove from the molds.
