ทำบุญด้วยดอกไม้ - Offering flowers

ดอกไม้ คือตัวแทนของความสวยงาม ตามความเชื่อแล้วการเลือกดอกไม้ในการบูชาพระ ก็จะส่งผลไปถึงชาติหน้า การเลือกดอกไม้ที่สวยแต่ภายนอก แต่ ไม่มีกลิ่นหอมก็เปรียบเสมือนคำที่ว่า “สวยแต่รูป จูบไม่หอม” หรือถ้าเลือกดอกไม้ที่ไม่สวย แต่มีกลิ่นหอมก็จะเปรียบกับคำที่ว่า “ถึงรูปชั่วตัวดำ แต่ใจดี” เพราะฉะนั้น เราควรเลือกดอกไม้ที่สด ใหม่ สวยงาม ไม่เหี่ยวแห้งค่ะ

ทำบุญด้วยข้าวสาร - Offering rice

การทำบุญด้วยข้าวสาร จะได้รับอานิสงส์คือ ไม่อด ไม่อยาก มีกิน มี ใช้ ไม่เป็นหนี้เป็นสิน เหมือนกับเราได้ใช้หนี้แก่เจ้ากรรมนายเวรของเราด้วยข้าวสารแล้ว แต่ต้องเลือกข้าวสารที่มีคุณภาพที่ดี และใส่ให้เต็มถึงก่อนใส่บาตรด้วยนะคะ

อานิสงส์ที่ได้ก็จะเป็นเรื่องของสุขภาพค่ะ จะอายุยืน ไม่ต้องประสบกับโรคร้าย หรือการเจ็บไข้ได้ป่วย และจะรอดพ้นจากอุบัติเหตุในการเดินทาง และยังมีคนคอยช่วยเหลือเวลาเดือดร้อนเสมอค่ะ
