ไอศกรีมรสคัสตาร์ดได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากนิทานแฟรี่เทลชื่อดังอย่าง สโนว์ไวท์ มีความบางเบาไม่หนักจนเกินไป ผสมผสานกับเนื้อแอปเปิ้ลให้ความชุ่มฉ่ำและสดชื่น เหมือนสโนว์ไวท์ที่ถูกกลั่นแกล้งสารพัดจากราชินีใจร้าย แต่ก็ยังได้รับความเมตตาจากเหล่าคนแคระทั้ง 7 ที่คอยช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน พร้อมด้วยรสชาติของซอสแอปเปิ้ลและครีมนมในรูปหัวใจ ที่มีรสเปรี้ยวนำจากแอปเปิ้ลที่สโนว์ไวท์ได้รับจากราชินีจนทำให้หมดสติไป แต่ก็มีความหวานละมุนที่ปลายลิ้น เหมือนได้รับจุมพิตจากเจ้าชายรูปงาม ทำให้คำสาปสลายไป และได้ครองรักกันอย่างมีความสุข

The custard ice-cream is inspired by a world renowned fairy tale like Snow White. With its perfect texture mixed with succulent and refreshing apple, this flavor brings back the memories of Snow White being harassed by the Evil Queen but still loved and supported by the 7 dwarves. The flavors of apple sauce and heart-shaped milk cream give you the taste of apple that Snow White got from the Evil Queen making her pass out but she eventually got a “sweet” kiss from the Prince Charming which destroyed the curse and they lived happily ever after.
