วัตถุดิบ

Ingredients

► โรตีทอดกรอบ 2-3 แผ่น 2-3 pieces of Roti

► กล้วยหอมสุกไม่มาก 1 ลูก 1 Medium ripe banana

► เนยสด 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ Butter 1 tbsp.

► เกลือ ½ ช้อนชา Salt ½ tsp.

► มายช้อยส์ไทยน้ำผึ้งดอกลำไย 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ My Choice Thai Longan Honey 3 tbsp.

วิธีทำ

Instructions

1.ตั้งกระทะไฟกลางจากนั้นใส่เนยสด

Heat up the pan with medium heat then add butter.

2.นำกล้วยหั่นแล้ว ย่างบนเนย ให้กล้วยออกสีเหลือง

Slice the banana then grill with butter until it turns brown.

3.ใส่น้ำผึ้ง และเกลือ เคี่ยวจนเดือด แล้วปิดไฟ

Add honey and salt then keep stirring until the mixture boils and turn the heat off.
