วัตถุดิบ

Ingredients

มายช้อยส์ซี่โครงอ่อนเนเชอรัล 300 กรัม My Choice Natural Pork Ribs 300 g.

กระเทียม 45 กรัม Garlic 45 g.

หอมแดง 45 กรัม Shallot 45 g.

ตะไคร้ 45 กรัม Lemongrass 45 g.

ข่า 45 กรัม Galangal 45 g.

พริกขี้หนูแห้ง 12 เม็ด 12 dried chilies

ใบมะกรูด 3-4 ใบ 3-4 kaffir lime leaves

น้ำปลา ¼ ช้อนชา Fish sauce ¼ tsp.

เกลือป่น ¼ ช้อนชา Salt ¼ tsp.

น้ำเปล่า 100 มิลลิลิตร Water 100 ml.

วิธีทำ

Instructions

1. นำมายช้อยส์ซี่โครงอ่อนเนเชอรัลมาหั่นเป็นชิ้นพอดีคำ

Cut pork ribs in a bite size.

2. ใส่ตะไคร้ พริกขี้หนูแห้ง หอมแดง กระทียม ข่า และใบมะกรูด ในเครื่องปั่น

Put lemongrass, dried chilies, shallot, garlic, galangal and kaffir lime leaves in a blender.

3. พอปั่นละเอียดแล้ว นำเครื่องสมุนไพรกับซี่โครงหมูคลุกให้เข้ากัน จากนั้นปรุงรสด้วยน้ำปลาและเกลือป่น

Blend until fine and add the herbal mixture into the pork ribs. Stir well and season with fish sauce and salt.

4. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อนพอดี ใส่ซี่โครงอ่อนลงไป เติมน้ำเปล่า แล้วค่อยๆเขย่ากระทะจนซี่โครงอ่อนสุก Heat the pan and put the ribs in. Then add water and gently shake the pan until the ribs are cooked.

5. ตักขึ้นใส่จาน ตกแต่งด้วยใบมะกรูด

Serve on a plate and decorate with kaffir lime leaves.
