13 ตุลาคม 2562 เป็นอีกวันสำคัญสำหรับชาวพุทธ แอดมินกำลังพูดถึงวันออกพรรษานั่นเอง สำหรับชาวพุทธแล้ว การทำบุญในวันพระใหญ่หรือวันสำคัญๆ แบบนี้จะได้บุญมหาศาล ใครเบื่อที่จะทำบุญแถวบ้าน แอดมินมีพิธีทำบุญวันออกพรรษา 4 ภาคมาฝากค่ะ เผื่อว่าจะลองเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศไปทำบุญภาคอื่นๆ กัน ไปตะลอนทำบุญวันออกพรรษา พร้อมกันค่ะ

13th October 2019 is marked as the End of Buddhist Lent Day, another Buddhist holy day. The Buddhists believe that making merit on important Buddhist holy day will bring them good karma in return. ภาคกลาง

Central Region

จังหวัดที่มีเอกลักษณ์และโด่งดังเรื่องพิธีทำบุญวันออกพรรษาคือ จ.อุทัยธานี และ จ.นครปฐม โดยที่จังหวัดอุทัยธานี จะมีการตักบาตรเทโว พระภิกษุสงฆ์จะเดินลงมาจากยอดเขาสูง ที่วัดสะแกกรัง ด้านหน้าขบวนจะมีคานหามพระพุทธรูป ถือเป็นตัวแทนของพระพุทธเจ้า โดยปางที่มักจะนำมาใส่คานหามคือ พระปางอุ้มบาตร ปางห้ามมาร ปางห้ามสมุทร ปางรำพึง ปางถวายเนตรหรือปางลีลา ใน จ.นครปฐมก็มีพิธีทำบุญที่เหมือนกัน แต่จัดที่พระปฐมเจดีย์ค่ะ

Uthai Thani Province and Nakhon Pathom Province are famous for the End of Buddhist Lent ceremony. Tak Bat Dhevo takes place in Uthai Thani. The row of Buddhist monks are walking down along the path from the top of Wat Sakae Krang temple which is located on the mountain, led by men carrying the Buddha image as a representative of the Lord Buddha. Usually, the attitude of carrying an alms bowl, the attitude of dispelling the temptation, the attitude of pacifying the ocean, the attitude of deep thought and the attitude of walking are carried in the parade. Nakhon Pathom also holds the same ceremony at Phra Pathom Chedi.

ภาคเหนือ

Northern Region

ทางภาคเหนือนิยมปล่อยโคมลอยกัน เพราะเชื่อว่าเป็นปล่อยโชคร้าย สิ่งไม่ดีไปกับโคม แต่วันนี้แอดมินมีพิธีทำบุญวันออกพรรษาที่หลายคนอาจจะยังไม่รู้จัก นั่นก็คือพิธีปอยเหลินสิบเอ็ด จัดขึ้นที่ จ.แม่อ่องสอน จะมีการเตรียมจองพารา ซึ่งเป็นภาษาไทยใหญ่ แปลว่า ปราสาทพระ สร้างขึ้นเพื่อคอยรับเสด็จพระพุทธเจ้าที่จะเสด็จลงมาจากสวรรค์ชั้นดาวดึงส์ โดยให้ยกจองพาราไปไว้ที่นอกชายคา นอกรั้ว กลางลานบ้านหรือวัด พิธีตักบาตรเทโวจะจัดในช่วงเช้า ส่วนช่วงเย็นลูกหลานจะนำดอกไม้และข้าวต้มไปไหว้ขอขมาบิดามารดาและญาติผู้ใหญ่

In the northern region, the Buddhists celebrate the End of Buddhist Lent Day by launching sky lanterns as a way to get rid of bad luck. However, some of you might not know of Poi Learn Sip Ed ceremony in Mae Hong Son Province. The Buddhists will prepare Para or Temple of the Buddha image built to welcome the Lord Buddha descending from Tavatimsa Heaven. The Para will be carried outside the house,outside the fence, in the courtyard at home or at the temple. Tak Bat Devo ceremony or offering food to the monks will be held in the morning and in the afternoon, the younger generations will offer flowers and soft-boiled rice to pay respects and ask for forgiveness from their parents or the elderly relatives.

ภาคอีสาน

Northeastern Region

บั้งไฟพญานาคอันเลื่องชื่อของ จ.หนองคาย เกิดขึ้นทุกวันออกพรรษา แต่จะมีจำนวนมากหรือน้อยนั้นก็แล้วแต่ปีค่ะ ในช่วงที่มีบั้งไฟพญานาคชาวบ้านจะแห่กันมาดูที่ริมฝั่งโขง ในตอนกลางวันจะมีพิธีบวงสรวงพญานาค ด้วยการรำบูชา ถ้าอยากศึกษาพิธีกรรมของชาวหนองคายก็สามารถแวะไปชมกันได้นะคะ เป็นการเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมที่แตกต่างค่ะ

The renowned Naga Fireball phenomenon takes place in Nong Khai Province every year. The number of fireballs is different each year. When the Naga Fireball appears, people usually try to watch the phenomenon closely at the Mae Khong riverbank. Around midday, the ritual to sacrifice Naga with the beautiful traditional dance takes place as the off rage. If you wish to learn more about the ritual of the locals, you can visit Nong Khai to experience a different culture.

ภาคใต้

Southern Region

ประเพณีโด่งดังในช่วงวันออกพรรษาของภาคใต้คือ ประเพณีชักพระ จ.สุราษฎร์ธานี โดยมีเรือพระเป็นไฮไลท์ของงาน ในเรือพระจะมีพระพุทธรูปประดิษฐานบนบุษบก จากนั้นก็ลากเรือไปตามสายน้ำ หากลากเรือในน้ำ เรียกว่า เรือพระน้ำ แต่หากลากเรือบนบก เรียกว่า เรือพระบก การแข่งเรือยาวก็เป็นอื่นหนึ่งไฮไลท์ของประเพณีชักพระ เรียกว่ามีสีสันตลอดงานเลยค่ะ

Chak Phra is marked as another famous festival celebrated in Surat Thani Province during the End of Buddhist Lent. The highlight of the festival is the barge. Each barge carries the Buddha Image seated on the throne. Then, the barge moves slowly along the river. Rue-Phra-Nam is the barge pulled along the river and Rue-Phra-Bok is the barge pulled onshore. Long boat racing is another highlight for the Chak Phra festival. You’ll find your trip to the south really enjoyable.
