มะเร็งเต้านม ภัยร้ายใกล้ตัว

เดือนตุลาคม เป็นเดือนแห่งการรณรงค์ต่อต้านมะเร็งเต้านม มะเร็งที่พบมากเป็นอันดับ 1 ของผู้หญิงไทย และเป็นสาเหตุการเสียชีวิตอันดับต้นๆ ดังนั้นการตรวจพบมะเร็งตั้งแต่ระยะแรกๆ จะทำให้มีโอกาสในการรักษาหายได้มากขึ้นค่ะ

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer is the most commonly found cancer among Thai women and also the leading cause of death. If the cancer is diagnosed in early-stage, the possibility of cancer remission is higher.

วันนี้แอดมินจะพาทุกคนมาสังเกตอาการของโรคมะเร็งเต้านมด้วยตัวเองกันค่ะ เพราะกว่า 80% ของคนที่เป็นมะเร็งเต้านมไม่ได้เกิดจากอาการเจ็บปวด แต่เป็นการเจอสิ่งผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้นเอง โดยมีวิธีการสังเกตดังนี้

These are breast cancer signs and symptoms you can notice by yourselves. Over 80% of people diagnosed with breast cancer don’t have any pain in the breast. Instead, they found the following warning signs.

1.มีเลือดหรือน้ำเหลืองไหลออกจากหัวนม (Bleeding nipples or lymph from the nipple)

2.บริเวณหัวนมมีผื่นแดงหรือมีอาการคันผิดปกติ (The appearance of rash or redness on the nipples or irregular itchiness in the same area)

3.บริเวณหัวนมบุ๋มหรือหน้าอกมีรูปทรงที่ผิดปกติไปจากเดิม (Pulling in of the nipples or changes in the size or shape of the breast)

4.คลำเจอก้อนเนื้อที่บริเวณเต้านมหรือใต้รักแร้ (Lump, hard knot in breast area or under armpit)

การสำรวจตัวเองเป็นสิ่งที่ควรทำอย่างสม่ำเสมอค่ะ การคลำเต้านมหาเนื้องอกก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งวิธีการหามะเร็งเต้านมง่ายๆด้วยตนเอง แต่จะคลำมั่วๆไม่ได้นะคะ เพราะมีวิธีที่ถูกต้องอยู่

Doing the breast self-exam regularly should be part of a healthy routine. Find the correct way below.

1.คลำเป็นรูปก้นหอยจากรอบหัวนมออกด้านนอก

Use your finger tip to press from outward in a circular motion to feel the breast.

2.คลำเป็นรูปลิ่มเป็นเส้นตรงจากหัวนมออกฐานนม

Press your fingers and move from the nipple toward the outer part of your breast .

3.คลำเป็นแนวดิ่งขึ้นลงไปจนทั่วเต้านม

Press your breast from downward to upward, then the entire breast area.
