Ingredients


1. My Choice marian plum 500 g.

2. My Choice smoked bacon 2 packs

3. Bird’s eye chili 2 tbsp.

4. Shallot 2 tbsp.

5. Lime juice 3 tbsp.

6. Fish sauce 3 tbsp.

7. Sugar 2 tsp.

8. ⅓ Carrot

9. Celery 1 cup

10. Coriander 1 cup

11. My Choice rice bran oil 500 ml.

12. Cashew nuts to garnish




Instructions


1. Cut My Choice smoked bacon in the preferred size. Then bring a pan of My Choice rice bran oil to a boil and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan, allow the oil to drain out and set aside.


2. Peel My Choice marian plums and remove the seeds.


3. To prepare the spicy salad dressing, put fish sauce, lime juice and sugar in a mixing bowl. Then add bird’s eye chilies, shallot and carrot and stir again until well-combined.


4. Add cashew nuts and crispy smoked bacon to the mixing bowl and stir well.


5. Put the pitted marian plums in the bowl followed by celery and coriander. Give it a light stir and dish up for serving.
