1. Half cut orange (Peeled)

2. Strawberry 230 g.

3. 1 tbsp tart cherry juice

4. Lime juice ½ tbsp

5. Chopped ginger ½ tsp

6. Almond milk 28 g.

7. Fruits and grains such as banana, orange, raspberries, blueberries, granola


Ingredients for citrus carrot smoothie bowl (Orange)

  1. Peeled grapefruit 60 g.

  2. Mandarin orange 60 g.

  3. Diced carrots 40 g.

  4. Diced mangos 120 g.

  5. Lime juice ½ tbsp

  6. A handful of turmeric power

  7. A handful of black pepper

  8. Soy yogurt 130 g.

  9. Fruits and grains such as blueberries, banana, grapefruit, kiwi, granola




Instructions


1. For Pineapple Tumeric Smoothie Bowl, add pineapple, Namwa banana slices, lime juice, honey, chopped ginger, turmeric powder, black pepper, and coconut water to the blender. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth then transfer pineapple turmeric smoothie into a bowl.



2. Add orange, strawberry, tart cherry juice, lime juice, chopped ginger, and almond milk to the blender. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. Transfer ginger citrus berries smoothie into a bowl.


3. Add grapefruit, mandarin orange, carrot, mango, lime juice, turmeric powder, black pepper, and yogurt into the blender. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and finally transfer ginger citrus berries smoothie into a bowl.


4. Garnish with blueberries, bananas, grapefruit, kiwi, and granola before serving.
