Ingredients


1. Broth 3 cups

2. Oyster sauce 2 tbsp.

Instructions


1. Heat a pan of frying oil over medium heat. Once hot, fry abalones, sea asparagus, shiitake mushrooms and tiger prawns separately. Remove the ingredients from the pan, allow the oil to drain out and set aside.


2. Heat vegetable oil over high heat. Once hot, add garlic, spinach and shiitake mushrooms to stir fry until done and dish up.

4. Beautifully dish up all the ingredients prepared and set aside.

6. Slowly add potato starch mixed water into the soup as you prefer. Give it a quick stir to prevent the starch from clumping. Bring it to a boil, have a taste to make sure that you’re happy and remove from the heat.


7. Top the sauce all over the dish of ingredients for serving and savor whilst hot.
