3. Salad oil 1 cup
4. Sliced almonds 2 tbsp.
5. Salt 1 pinch
6. Black peppercorns 1 cup
7. Ground white pepper 1 pinch
8. Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp.
9. Honey 2 tbsp.
10. Dijon mustard ½ tbsp.
11. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
12. Ground chili 1 tsp.
13. 3-4 My Choice marian plums
14. 1 My Choice Nam Dok Mai mango
15. 1 My Choice Kinnaree watermelon
16. 1 My Choice Tradsithong pineapple
17. 1 Organic young coconut
18. 5-6 My Choice cape gooseberries
19. Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
Instructions
1. Start making salad dressing by blending balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground chili, and black peppercorns with medium speed for 1 minute or until well-combined. Then pour 3/8 cup of salad oil into the blender and enhance the flavor with salt and ground white pepper. Continue to blend well, transfer the salad dressing to a serving bowl and set aside.
2. Prepare grilled pork steak by cutting it into a bite size.
