Ingredients


1. Chinese kale 250 g.

2. Meat Avatar crispy pork 200 g.

3. Mushroom sauce 2 tbsp.

4. Light soy sauce 1 tbsp.

5. 3 Dry shiitake mushrooms (soaked in water)

6. Sugar 2 tsp.

7. Stock 1 cup

8. Chopped garlic 1 tbsp.

9. Fried garlic 2 tbsp.

10. Potato starch 2 tbsp.

11. น้ำมันพืช 1 ขวด Vegetable oil 1 bottle

12. Salt 1 tsp.

13. Water 500 ml.

14. Cold water 1 large bowl




Instructions


1. Prepare Chinese kale by bringing a pot of water to a boil over medium heat. Then, add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of vegetable oil to boiling water. Scald Chinese kale until crispy.


2. Remove the kale from boiling water. Soak it in cold water for a while to make it fresh with lovely colors for longer. Then, drain the excess water and cut in a bite size to make it easier to eat. Set aside


3. Prepare plant-based crispy pork by bring a pan vegetable oil to a boil over medium to high heat. Add Avatar crispy pork to deep-fry until golden brown. Drain the excess oil and set aside.


4. Over low heat, add a small amount of vegetable oil to a pan. Fry chopped garlic until fragrant and season with mushroom sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well before adding stock. Keep stirring until reaching a boil. Then, slowly add potato starch mixed with water and let it stew until well-blended. Put shiitake mushrooms into the pan. Allow it keep stewing until thickened and turn the heat off


5. Nicely place the bite-sized Chinese kale on a plate together with plant-based crispy pork. Pour the mushroom sauce all over and sprinkle fried garlic on top to finish it off. Now the healthy dish is ready to serve.
