Ingredients for Mangomisu


1. 3 My Choice Nam Dok Mai mangoes

2. Ladyfingers 300 g.

3. Mascarpone cheese 500 g.

4. Heavy cream 600 ml.

5. Icing sugar ⅓ cup

6. 2 Egg yolks

7. Vanilla extract 1 tsp.

8. Orange juice 1 cup


Ingredients for raspberry sauce


1. Raspberry 250 g.

2. Caster sugar ¼ cup

3. Lime juice (1 lime)

4. Water ¼ cup




Instructions


1. Begin with preparing the cream. Put heavy cream, egg yolks, icing sugar and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer until well-blended.


2. Then, add mascarpone cheese and continue to whisk it until creamy and fluffy. Set it aside.


3. Peel My Choice Nam Dok Mai mangoes, cut into a bite size and set aside.


4. Dip ladyfingers into orange juice and place as a base. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers and lay the mangoes on top.


5. Repeat the instruction 4. to add a layer to the dessert and put it in the fridge overnight.


6. Prepare the raspberry sauce by melting sugar in water over medium heat. Once melted, add raspberry and lime juice, give it a stir and bring it to a boil. Turn off the heat, transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down. Then, blend the raspberry mixture until yielding a smooth texture. Put the sauce through a strainer and chill it in the fridge.


7. To serve the dessert, cut the mangomisu into a triangle slice. Dish it up and serve alongside the raspberry sauce or top it up on the mango delight for a perfect summer indulgence.
