1. 4 Finely shredded zucchinis

3. ½ Diced onion
4. Chopped garlic 3 cloves
5. Olive oil 1 tbsp.
6. Dried oregano ½ tbsp.
7. Alce Nero Organic Tomato Sauce with Basil 100 g.
8. Salt ¼ tsp.
9. Ground pepper
10. Fresh basil leaves to garnish
Instructions
1. Put a cooking pot on the stove, pour water into the cooking pot, then boil the water over medium heat. Add salt and shredded zucchini into boiling water for 2 minutes, after that remove shredded zucchini from cooking pot to drain and set aside to let cool.
2. Heat a skillet on the stove over medium heat, slightly add olive oil and Bangkok Bob’s organic ground sirloin to stir fry until cooked trough completely.
3. Start making Bolognese Sauce by heat the skillet on the stove over medium heat again, add olive oil and diced onions, then fry until tender and translucent. After that add chopped garlic and dried oregano, continue to fry for another few minutes.
4. Pour in Alce Nero Organic Tomato Sauce with Basil into the skillet, season with salt and ground pepper to taste, then mix together until well blended.
5. Add fried sirloin into the skillet, stir-fry until well blended, then turn off the stove.
