1. My Choice smoked Paris ham 6 slices

2. 6 Tops eggs no. 1

3. Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup

4. Himalayan salt 1 cup

5. Ground black pepper 1 cup

6. Cooing oil spray 1 bottle

7. Chopped parsley to garnish




Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 400° Celsius. Heavily spray the cooking oil over the muffin mold and place My Choice smoked Paris ham slices into the mold to make cups.


2. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese into the mold.


3. Crack Tops eggs no. 1 into the mold. Enhance the flavor with a pinch of Himalayan salt and ground black pepper.
