Jarrahdale is a pumpkin variety with green-blue skin similar to granite. This variety comes from Australia. The skin is thick, and it weighs about 12-18 pounds. The inner flesh is orange in color and tastes sweet. Jarrahdale is perfect for making a hot soup to keep you warm or make grilled pumpkin to go with main dish.
